Triangle::IsDegenerate

Syntax

bool Triangle::IsDegenerate(float epsilon=1e-3f) const; [4 lines of code]

Returns true if this triangle is degenerate.

A triangle is degenerate if it is not finite, or if the surface area of the triangle is close to zero.

Parameters

floatepsilonThe threshold to test against. If two vertices of this triangle are closer than this, the triangle is considered degenerate.
